Hairdressing is Ana’s vocation: she first realized that she wanted to pursue that career when she was just a little girl. Thirty years later, she’s travelled the world in pursuit of her craft, lived and worked in three different countries and is just as passionate about hair styling as ever.

Ana is smart, detail oriented, has an eye for fashion and is empathetic towards her clients’ needs and wishes. She has worked extensively in fashion and loves the artistic challenge of creating styles that range from classical to avant garde — but she also finds it deeply fulfilling to help ordinary people find their optimum hairstyles and takes great pleasure in helping each client look her most beautiful. While she has created spectacular updos and stunning, elaborate looks for supermodels, she’s also an expert at simple, flattering, easy-to-maintain cuts, which suit each client’s face shape, hair type and lifestyle.

Born and raised in Spain, Ana moved to England in 1995, where she became an artistic director and educator for Toni & Guy. She has since styled hair at high fashion events like the London and New York Fashion Weeks, the Met Gala and the Cannes Film Festival. Over the course of her career, she’s worked with a star-studded array of clients, including Queen Noor of Jordan, Princess Lulua of Saudi Arabia, Paris Hilton, Leanne Rimes, Rebel Wilson, Blaine Trump, Melanie Griffith, Laurene Powell Jobs, Katie Couric, Carolyne Roehm, Annie Costner, Maria Bartiromo, Elaine Chao, Brooke Mueller, Antonio Banderas and Elle McPherson. Her artistry has featured in Vogue, W Magazine, Brides, Rocky Mountain Bride, Weddings Illustrated, Dallas Magazine, Weddings in Houston, Aspen Peak, Aspen Magazine, Aspen Sojourner and many other local, national and international magazines. 

Always keen to keep expanding her repertoire, Ana remains up to date with the latest trends and techniques by attending hairdressing courses and fairs and is a regular at Salon International in London. Her specialties include hair cutting, updos, Great Lengths and Hairdreams extensions.  

In addition to her many qualifications in hairdressing, she earned a BA in Tourism Management from Manchester University and a Masters Degree in Medical Translation from London Metropolitan University.

Other things that bring her joy include calling Aspen home, the outdoors, traveling, mentoring a young girl, spending time with her little dog, Coco, and dancing Argentine tango.
